An accomplished finance and operations leader, Karen brings extensive experience driving organizational growth, building high-performing teams, and implementing scalable solutions. Her experience brings to her role as Financial Services Director, a strong focus on both Client and Team success. Karen has excelled across diverse industries, including IT, Manufacturing, Government Contract, the pharmaceutical sector, Construction, and Hospitality Industries.

With a proven track record of success in Finance, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing leadership roles, Karen brings a well-rounded approach to supporting and developing solutions for our enTune Financial Services clients. With a true servant focus, relationship building, long term partnerships, developing and growing her team and providing outstanding client service are the most rewarding in her role.

In her personal life, Karen and her husband of 24 years (John) and 2 sons (John and Trevor), and lab (Stella) live in coastal Georgia and enjoy golfing, pickleball and the outdoors whether on a long walk or fishing or hunting. A Rochester, NY native, Karen brings a work ethic to all engagements and instills within her team what she was taught early on by her parents, “If you work really hard, and you're kind, amazing things will happen”.
